Bought some Yogi tea awhile ago and am now gonna give it a go. Start off with Yogi Healthy Fasting. One box has 18 bags and I figure at 3 bags a day I can fast for 6 days. I will then follow it up with either juicing with the detox tea for a week or a protein rich diet for a week. Hope I can drop at least five pounds in 2 weeks. I know, I know, fasting only gets rid of water weight which you get back immediately after, but a good jumpstart is pretty motivating for me.
